Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline to cancel your order is 7 days from the date you receive the Goods, or from the day a third party you’ve appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

We will process your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original order, and you will not incur any additional fees for the refund.
Conditions for Returns
For your goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
Non-returnable goods:
- Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date.
- Goods that are unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. However, this may not apply if prohibited by applicable law.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. For this reason, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of the return shipment.
